- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've never had a bad experienc here, but today I just about lost it. We called at 12:50pm to see if I could bring my sister to do her drivers test, the lady said no appointment was needed and we could go ahead and come before 130pm. I told her we would be there at 1pm. We get there at 1pm and the lady states they're not doing any more drivers tests because they've had so many. I asked why she told me to come 10 minutes ago, and didn't think to tell me they were going to stop doing drivers test. She had no response. Not helpful at all. She said go online and make an appointment next time, and then she called the next customer to come up. Why on earth would you tell someone to go ahead and drive there, and then refuse them a drivers test. They're supposed to do the tests until 130pm. Im going to write a formal complaint and I won't be going back to that DMV.By Kaley Longshore, September 13, 2017
