  I have been with State Farm for 35 years, 33 1/2 of those years were with one agent in Pennsylvania who was awesome, the only reason I changed was because I moved to South Carolina. I picked Theresa Miley because she was close by my house. I wish there would have been reviews about her to warn me about her and her office. She is the worse person I have ever had to deal with! She is rude a liar and insensitive. Only having her for a year and a half, she screwed up my policy so bad that I found out I was driving around without insurance on my brand new car for 11 months without it being covered because someone in her office dropped the ball. One of her employees told me not to worry about it they could back date my policy since I had been paying on this policy the whole time and everything would be fine. Well when they realized they were going to be in trouble, their whole tuned changed and they tried to act like I was the liar and I misunderstood what they said. She wouldn't let me talk, she kept interrupting me and then told me she didn't like that I was insinuating she was she was trying to cover up something. I told her I was so upset that I was losing work and sleep, she said nothing, didn't even show one ounce of sympathy. Please take my advice and choice anyone else but her, she is truly a nasty, ugly person.

  Very unprofessional service from an insurance agent, I have been doing business with State Farm for over 20 Years 8 with Theresa Miley. I have 5 auto policies, homeowners, my daughters renters and my business all insured with Theresa Miley. My first negative encounter was when we filed a claim on our business which Theresa and her employee assured me was covered, after filing the claim we were told that our policy did not cover that (just like the Liberty Mutual commercial we were told that we had selected the wrong policy, I said no I selected the wrong insurance agent and company). So I cancelled the business policy and the 5 auto policies, (by the way we were able to save over $300.00/month with Gieco, you may want to call them for a quote). I confirmed with Lauren at Theresa Miley's office that she received the cancellation requests and also confirmed that the auto drafts had been stopped, 2 weeks later a draft was taken in excess of $800.00 for the premiums that were cancelled. I called spoke to Lauren again (mistake) she apoligized and claimed that she forgot to cancel the auto draft and I would be getting a refund in 3-5 days, her and Theresa Miley were involved at this point. Now 8 business days later NO REFUND. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, STATE FARM ONLY WANTS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PROVIDE NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR AN AGENT WITH NO COMPASSION THEN THERSA MILEY IS YOUR GAL.

  Julie Clark has been helping me for months and months with all of my questions. She always has the answers! She is quick to reply and always friendly and helpful. I have nothing but nice things to say about this location and State Farm in general.
